Yoga is for everyone. Whether you sit at a desk all day, train hard or simply want to move: on the mat you work on strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. At Nakama Gym we offer yoga in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere — beginners are just as welcome as the more experienced.
In every class we alternate calm, gradually building postures with attention to your breathing. That way you train your body and give your mind a rest at the same time. You set your own pace; it’s about your movement, not perfection.

Yoga is wonderful for your health on its own, but it is also an ideal complement to any martial art. Many of our members combine yoga with kickboxing, MMA, BJJ or bag work — and feel the difference on the mat.
Our yoga classes are accessible and varied. We start calmly, build up to slightly more challenging postures and finish with relaxation. You don’t need any experience or expensive gear: comfortable clothing and a mat are enough, and you can borrow a mat from us.
Whether you come to become more supple, to recover from your training or simply to unwind: everyone finds their place on the mat.
