Youth/lower school

The juniors are free during the holidays, of course they are also welcome to train freely. The superstructure of the youth can participate in the adult hours. Monday's care group will expire from July 10 to August 21, they will start again on August 28.

The youth lessons for the lower years will be given after the holidays by Senpai Tim (Senpai Tim taught the teenagers), the teenage lessons will be given after the holidays by Sensei John, so there will be a change in this. The exams for youth/teenagers will take place in the second week of October in Sypel, the exact date of which will follow.

Schedule changes after holidays

The kickboxing training sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday will all be hybrid, which means that kickboxing and boxing will be given in these three classes! These will only be technical lessons of 1 hour, the mandatory half hour of sparring in/after these lessons will be cancelled. The Thursday kickboxing lesson will be sparring for 1 hour, competition fighters are obliged to blast through this hour at 1 piece, but the recreational kickboxer can take breaks in this hour and then start again, do you want to spar for half an hour? Then this is also possible in this lesson.

The morning kickboxing class from Tuesday and Thursday will move to Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, so for the fanatics among us, you could train for an hour and then continue with kickboxing.

Yoga

We also have a change for the yoga classes, Natasja has written out what the purpose of this will be:
1st entry 9:00 am. Martial arts yoga

We stay in a pose longer. Through breathing we look for stretch and relaxation to become more flexible. This way you not only stretch your muscles, but we get all the way to the connective tissue. If you suffer from injuries or want to become more flexible, it is definitely worth getting up early on Sunday.

From 9:30 you can continue the lesson, flow out or, if you want to sleep in a bit longer, just come in now.

2nd intake 9:30 Martial Arts yoga

From here we start training your core, we do this with balance and strength through dynamic postures. This is a more intensive class, but it is for both beginners and advanced. With every posture an adjustment can be made to what your body can and needs. So you can also participate in this with injuries. It just takes some adaptability.

10:00 relaxation (Nidra)

We end with fifteen minutes of relaxation. At this point you can say goodbye (very quietly and quietly) and you can already look forward to a flexible Sunday. If you stay fifteen minutes longer, you will not only leave flexibly, but also completely relaxed.

Yoga forms:
9:00-9:30 Yin*
9:00-10:00 Hatha **
9:00-10:15 Ashtanga ***
9:30-10:15 Vinyasa**

The number of stars indicates the degree of stamina.

Sorry for the wall of text, but I hope it was clear!

Sensei John, Danique and team Nakama
